BossVac was born from a failure. A failing operator, on failing equipment, failing to make his boss happy, and failing to get the job done. That failure, brought about the pain that motivated one contractor into action.

The goal: build a vac too simple to fail. 

The idea was build a vac made only of components you can source easily, service easily, and that are simple and designed to last. We built it, then built it again, and again, and again…

The first few years of BossVac were an educational experience, we learned a lot about the machines, the manufacturing, and the market. Our vac has changed in the early stages several times, with each version an improvement over the last.

At the end of 2023 we wrapped up six months spent improving and perfecting our two flagship models, the BV500 and BV1000, launching new branding and a new website, and ramping up to take BossVac nationwide. BossVac has found its ideal form. We have hit our stride…

2024 we’re off to the races.
